2006 Rates
    January only $1500.00 per month includes $150.00 utilities per mth.
    Feburary only $1500.00 per month includes $150.00 utilities per mth. 
    March only $1500.00 per month includes $150.00 utilities per mth.
    April only $1400.00 per month includes $150.00 utilities per mth.

    Jan,Feb,Mar would be $4500.00 if purchased separately, only $4200.00 if prepaid
    Feb,Mar, Apr would be $4400.00 if purchased separately, only $4200.00 if
    re-paid (this includes spring break)
                                                       All prices above are subject to a resort tax.
     
          Condo is intended for use by 4 adult residents, but sleep upto 6. Furnishings are for residents use and may or may not be used.

          Utilities include local phone, electric, water & garbage disposal up to $100. per month. Useage over this amount is considered excessive and is subject to additional payment by the renter.

          All rents must be paid in advance and only become refundable if we are able to rerent the condo for the portion left empty. Renter can only sublet Condo with owners approval. All prices subject to a $500.00 refundable security deposit which will be returned within 15 days after departure and inspection.

          If nessassary, cleaning fees are addition to rent and will be deducted from the security deposit if the unit is not cleaned.
